Our handcrafted wooden hot tubs are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 3 years (36 months) from the original purchase date.

Hot tub equipment, including pumps, heaters, controls, and other components, is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
