Hot Tub Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Hot tubs are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable, except in the case of manufacturer defect. All returns are subject to approval. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges associated with cancelled orders or returning orders and a 20% restocking fee. Free Delivery and Free Shipping simply means that the freight costs are included in the purchase price of the completed sale, so there is no extra charge.

Hot Tub Cancellations

Any cancellation 48 hours after your Hot Tub order has been placed will be subject to a minimum $250 cancellation fee.   Any cancellation of an order placed for a Hot Tub that is either in production or has already been produced is subject to a cancellation fee and a 20% restocking fee.

All Other Merchandise Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Non-custom made hot tub or spa items, parts, equipment, accessories and/or other merchandise that is returnable, exchangeable or refundable are subject to the following  Roberts Hot Tubs & terms and conditions:

  • Refunds or Exchanges Must Be Presented Within 30 days of Purchase
  • Refunds or Exchanges Must Be Presented With the Original Receipt
  • Returns or Refunds Must be Completed Using the Original Method of Payment
  • Merchandise Must be Returned Intact, Unused and in its Original Packaging
  • Custom Orders, Non-Stock and Sale Items are Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
  • Absolutely No Refunds on any Hot Tub or Spa Chemicals or Related Items
  • Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable and Have No Cash Value
